About Brian:
In 1985 Brian Heron began his commercial real estate career with Hiller Enterprises, specializing in the site selection for their regional fast food chain, Ben Franks Restaurants. As their Director of Development, Brian successfully expanded the chain from a San Francisco Bay Area, four store operation to a 24 unit franchised concept, operating facilities in San Francisco, San Diego, Fresno, Reno, Las Vegas, and one unit in the Philippine Islands.
In 1989, Brian accepted the position of Real Estate Manager for the Northern California offices of La Mancha Development, the State of California’s largest developer of specialty use retail centers. Brian’s Area of Direct Influence (ADI) was the entire Central Valley of California, Bakersfield to Sacramento, Fresno and Modesto inclusive, plus the nine counties of the San Francisco Bay Area.
Brian transferred his expertise in developing investment grade single tenant and multi-tenant retail projects to Velthoen Associates Commercial Brokers in 1995.
Brian joined Prudential Commercial Services, Modesto in February 1998. His level of expertise continues to grow with every transaction he completes. And the level of confidence his clients instill in him grows, too. That is because of the hard work and commitment Brian gives to every client and every transaction. It has made him a leader in the Central Valley retail real estate industry.
