About Rod:
While his talents encompass the entire spectrum of commercial real estate from industrial sales to retail leasing, Rod is particularly known for property development. Finding the highest and best use for a client’s property is his acknowledged specialty. Over the years he has refined his capabilities and contacts for working with various planning and zoning agencies to insure not only approval, but the most successful — and highest quality — project possible.
Quality is also a feature of Rod’s service. After graduating with a marketing degree from California State College, Long Beach, Rod was recuited by Xerox Corporation and quickly learned the connection between quality service and personal success.
On the heels of that early success he went on to earn his real estate license in 1976, then returned to the Central Valley to work with several of the area’s leading builders and real estate firms. In 1984 he became a licensed Realtor/Broker Associate. Rod’s commitment to ever higher levels of client service is reflected in his ongoing studies toward his Certified Commercial Investment Member credential. He has so far completed valuable course work in real estate law, property appraisal and project financing.
In commercial real estate, however, it’s not just coursework but experience and results that count. In this area Rod’s clients are his best credentials. And his clients’ favorite word in describing Rod is. . .Quality.
