About Patrick:

Achieving one’s commercial real estate goals is a bit like sailing. Sometimes you run with the wind. But sometimes, to get where you’re going, you must head into it. It’s all a matter of knowing the right tack.

Patrick loves sailing almost as much as he enjoys putting together a complex commercial transaction. Each demands similar skills. Because both require “knowing the ropes.” And both, at times, require going against the prevailing winds.

A Stockton native, Patrick joined that city’s long-respected brokerage, Eichelberger-Hobin, in 1965. He moved with the firm to Modesto in 1973. Almost immediately Patrick became one of the Modesto Realtor Association’s most active members, advancing to the rank of President in 1977. In 1978 he was named its “Realtor of the Year.”

Exactly two decades later, Patrick was honored as Prudential Commercial Real Estate’s “Most Outstanding Salesperson.” During the intervening years, he built a loyal commercial clientele, and for ten of those years successfully operated his own independent brokerage.

Combining almost four decades of proven experience with the strength and resources of “The Rock,” Patrick turned in his most productive year ever in 1998. By the third quarter he won recognition as Prudential’s third highest grossing commercial Realtor in the state. As an ISO-Certified Broker Associate, Patrick can handle virtually any commercial project — from locating a retail or industrial site to selling an existing property, from complex exchanges to development and construction.

Not that he’s had to give up sailing in order to achieve such a high level of success. A member of the Stockton Sailing Club since 1969, Patrick made time to serve 10 years as a Director, and twice as the club’s “Commodore.” He continues to make occasional trips in his 27 ft. sailboat, “Windage,” throughout the Delta and San Francisco Bay.

He also continues to navigate through some of the toughest channels, and toughest real estate transactions… no matter what the prevailing winds.
