About Dave:

Dave, with almost three decades in real estate, is experience personified. Living in Modesto his entire life, he knows his way around.

Dave started as a builder – both residential and commercial – but shifted his focus to real estate sales early in his career.

After years in sales, Dave acquired ownership of Wolverine Real Estate, one of the oldest firms in the area. While owning and managing Wolverine Real Estate, he became actively involved with the professional real estate association, becoming president of the Modesto (now Central Valley) Association of REALTORS® in 1995 and 1996.

In 1995 Dave decided to refocus his energies on commercial real estate, so he merged Wolverine Real Estate with Prudential California Realty. Since then Dave has demonstrated his abilities with commercial real estate by receiving several awards from Prudential Commercial Real Estate.

Dave is a member of the Central Valley, California and National Associations of REALTORS®.
